Blitz DTT Type X Turbo Timer
The DTT X timer is both a traditional manual timer and an auto timer. The DTT X auto timer mode is dependent on a vehicle boost pressure. The longer the vehicle operates in boost, the more time will be added to auto timer mode. The DTT X also offers a built in boost gauge and peak hold display. The boost gauge will show real time digital boost and vacuum readings in hKpa. The peak hold display will show the highest boost levels reached. An audible and visual warning is also built in. The warning is built in to warn the user if boost levels are above the desired levels. When the warning is triggered, the screen will turn red and a beeping sound will be heard. The user can also personalize the background color of the screen. The color can be set to red, orange, or green.

Blitz Dual Turbo Timer DC (Digital Compact)
If you have a turbocharger – whether it's factory, added or upgraded – the Turbo Timer should be included in your budget under the category: "peace of mind." The Turbo Timer allows you to leave your vehicle while the timer leaves your engine running anywhere from 10 seconds to 9.99 minutes. The gradual cool-down prevents bearing damage that can occur when a turbocharged engine is shutdown abruptly after normal driving. The turbo's bearings rely on a generous supply of clean engine oil. All oil pressure is lost when the engine isn't running. With temperatures of about 250F/106C-and at the turbine shaft, 300-350C (540-630F)–a hard, destructive varnish or "coke" can form on the bearings or seals.
